TaxiTicket.nl is an advantageous online transport service for journeys from 1 to 8 people. By booking a ride on www.TaxiTicket.nl you accept the general terms and conditions of www.TaxiTicket.nl. Transfers that are listed, can only be booked online on the website www.TaxiTicket.nl for this rates. For other transport and airport transfers ordered by telephone apply different rates. All reservations are paid at the time of booking through website with IDeal or with a Credit Card (VISA and Mastercard).



You will be transported in a private vehicle to the airport of your choice; the ride will never be combined with other customers, unless you indicate that you travel together with customers at another address. For each additional address is a amount charged which is based on a combination of time and distance between the addresses. Except if the option has been chosen, TaxiTicket.nl determines in which vehicle and in which order the route will be driven. You will be informed about the route on the e-ticket.


Pick up and return journey

The website gives a suggestion for the pick-up times in connection with the flight times you specify, both from the trip to and from the airport. If desired, you can adjust the collection times yourself. Please take into account any fuss, all regulations and notifications from the airport and the airline. TaxiTicket.nl is not liable for any damage that occurs from filling in a wrong pick up time: arriving late and missing a flight. The taxi is ready for you at the time indicated on the website. Keep in mind when traveling from the airport with customs formalities, possible checks and large crowds in the holiday periods. When the specified pick up time has elapsed, the driver will be charging a waiting time of € 7.50 per quarter. TaxiTicket.nl reserves the right to leave the airport after fifteen minutes of the agreed pick-up time if you are not at the agreed pick-up point and didn't make an effort to contact the driver. The trip is considered canceled and refund is not applicable. We advise you to be reachable after landing on the mobile phone by the phone number you provided.


The transport of one piece of luggage (65 x 48 x 26 cm)(25,6 x 18,9 x 10,2 inches) and one piece of hand luggage per paying passenger is included. It is possible to bring extra baggage, provided this is pre-registered on the website. Because TaxiTicket.nl want to provide a comfortable ride for all passengers, taking a lot of extra baggage can result in the use of a larger vehicle with the corresponding rate. TaxiTicket.nl is not blame for losing or damage to your luggage. Every customer receives an e-ticket as confirmation of the reservation after booking on the website. The e-ticket will be sent automatically to the e-mail address specified by the customer. TaxiTicket.nl is not liable for the incorrect arrival of the mail; this may have to do with the settings of the receiving e-mail. In case you did not receive the e-ticket within one hour after the reservation or in case of questions, please contact info@taxiticket.nl or 00 31 (0) 70 390 6262.



TaxiTicket.nl can never be held liable for delays, that cause you to miss the flight connection. However, TaxiTicket.nl will do everything possible to prevent this. Customers of TaxiTicket.nl are responsible for the correct filling in of all data on the website. TaxiTicket.nl couldn't be held liable for the consequences of incorrectly mentioning the information requested in the reservation.

Child seats

TaxiTicket.nl offers the possibility to reserve child seats or booster seat during the transportation of children. You must clearly indicate this when booking on the website. TaxiTicket.nl is not responsible for improper use of child seats or booster seats as a result of incorrect reservations.


Actual Flightdata

TaxiTicket.nl keeps track of the times of your return flight. In the case of delay, the original pickup time shifts with the delay time.
You can report a change of flight from abroad via telephone number +31 (0)70 390 62 62 or by e-mail: info@taxiticket.nl.
Reporting changes about your TaxiTicket reservation before departure you can send an email to info@taxiticket.nl.


Changes to the taxi ticket can be submitted and processed free of charge up to 6 hours before the taxi arrives at the specified address/airport.
Changes within these 6 hours will be considered as a cancellation.


In case of cancellation up to 24 hours before departure 15% cancellation fee will be charged. For cancellations within 24 hours before departure refunds are not given due to the fact that our planning has been completed.

Questions and complaints

Complaints about the transport will be dealt with in accordance with the complaints protocol of TaxiTicket.nl.
Complaints must be submitted by e-mail: info@taxiticket.nl.


Transport conditions

Unless otherwise provided in these general terms and conditions, are of the General Transport Conditions for Taxi Transport of RDT, Royal Dutch Transport, applicable.
